Mr. Tommy Earl Dixon, 56, of Temple, died Feb. 10 in a Killeen nursing center.
Mr. Dixon will be cremated and burial will be at a later date.

Graveside services for Mary J. Bartlett, 85, of Little River-Academy, was held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Moffat Cemetery with Gene Greer officiating.
Mrs. Bartlett died Feb. 7 at a Temple Hospital.
Roy “Mack” Gray, age 78 of Belton, passed away Sunday, February 2, 2014 at a Temple nursing home. A memorial service was held at the First United Methodist Church of Belton on Wednesday, February 5, 2014, at 2:00 PM under the direction of Dossman Funeral Home with Darren Walker officiating. A private family graveside service was held prior to the memorial service.
Willard Lynn Duke, 98, passed away February 6, 2014.
Service: Monday, 11 a.m. at the North Belton Cemetery in Belton, TX. Visitation: Sunday, 2-3 p.m. at the Shannon Rufe Snow Funeral Chapel in Fort Worth, TX.

Nelda B. Two, 91, passed away Monday, January 27, 2014 in the loving care of Tidewell Hospice and The Sterling House of Punta Gorda, Florida. Nelda Beatrice Cox was born in a house by a creek in Nolanville, Texas March 12, 1922 to John Mackey and Virginia Belle (Shelton) Cox. She was the youngest child of eight. Nelda B was valedictorian of her high school graduating class in Melvin, Texas. During World War II, she met and married Roy Leonard, a soldier from Michigan and they moved there after the war.
Irene Mildred Sperry, 54, of Harker Heights lost her yearlong battle with AML Leukemia on Jan. 29. She was born to the late Fayette and Viola Wilcox in Liberty, N.Y., on Dec. 21, 1959. Irene was a 20 yr. veteran jailer of the Bell County Sheriff’s Department and served her country in the United States Army. She enjoyed crocheting, spending time with family and attending the annual chili cook off in Terlingua with her husband, Ken. She leaves behind her loving husband Kenneth Sperry; son, David; sister, Fawn Dickson; brother, Roy Wilcox, and many members of her extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

Gregorio Garcia, 70, of Belton passed away on Jan. 28 at his residence. A visitation service was held on Jan. 31 from 5 – 8 p.m. with a service at 7 p.m. The memorial service was held on Feb. 1 starting at 3 p.m. at Heartfield Funeral Home Chapel with interment at Bellwood Memorial Park.
Dorothy Mae Urbantke Baird was called home to the Lord on Feb. 2. She was born Aug. 8, 1925, in The Grove to Alvin Urbantke and Emily Wilhelm Urbantke. She attended primary school at The Grove and secondary school in Belton; she graduated from Belton High School. She attended Saint Paul Lutheran Church, and was confirmed into the church on April 10, 1938.
