Thomas E. Kristinek, 80, of Belton died March 23 in a Temple hospital.
Funeral services were private.
Mr. Kristinek was born Aug. 5, 1931 in Somerville, the son of Vince and Mary (Lamar) Kristinek. He was a graduate of Temple High School and a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He retired in 1986 as an operating engineer in Civil Service at Fort Hood.
He is survived by a son, Thomas F. Kistinek of Morgan's Point Resort, three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
