Additionally, the Spring JLBC New Member Class will hold the "Glass Slipper Sale" with a preview party on Friday from 6-8 p.m. at Second Hand Rose, 17 East Central Ave. in Temple. The sale will conclude on Saturday from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. For more information about this and other JLBC projects, please visit www.jlbellco.org.
The Junior League is comprised of active, sustainer and new members. Active members serve JLBC through a committee or council, contributing volunteer hours in the community and supporting the in-league fundraising and community projects. Sustainers are those members who no longer serve JLBC through an active placement, but instead offer support through guidance, advice and a financial commitment. New members participate in a training program to learn more about the Junior League.
