Exhale Fitness under new management

Exhale-FitnessExhale Fitness offers 160 different classes and has 20 certified instructors."I'm just super passionate about helping people reach their goals," Susan Cornette, the new owner of Exhale Fitness, said. "Whether it's just to get healthy or actual weight loss goals, I'll be there to help."

Cornette purchased Exhale Fitness more than two weeks ago from the original owner of two years, Barb McCarty.

The gym offers seven cardio workout machines, 160 different classes, and more than 20 experienced, certified instructors.

Exhale Fitness mainly offers classes and personal training, but if you wish to workout on your own you can. Some of the classes available, but not limited to, are Zumba, step, body pump, boot camp, strength training, indoor cycling, RPM, yoga, pilates, and a newly added class, hot yoga.

Hot Yoga is very popular in bigger cities such as Austin, Dallas, and Houston. How hot yoga differs from normal yoga classes is by working under humid and hot conditions above 95 degrees.

For the month of May only, the gym is offering a special package deal perfect for getting into shape before summer comes just around the corner. For the price of $29.99 plus tax, you get to try all 160 classes that Exhale Fitness has to offer.

"There's something for everyone of all ages and circumstances," Cornette said.

The gym has members from the ages of 13 to 85, each one passionate about their health despite their age. When you join the gym, your first class is always free. Military, student, and senior discounts are available.

Exhale Fitness does not yet have a sign, but they are located right off of Midway near the Roomstore in Temple.
