Karen L. Jones, 72, of Belton, died June 14 at her home. Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. June 23 at the Foundation Methodist Church with the Rev. Darren Walker officiating.
Mrs. Jones was born in Iowa Sept. 14, 1939, the daughter of Donald Albee and Margaret Hiserote Albee. She married Larry Jones Aug. 21, 1960 in Mason City, Iowa. The couple moved to Belton to start their own company, Qualv Jity Builders. Mrs. Jones was a Christian.
She is survived by her husband, Larry Jones of Belton; a son, Bill D. Jones of Belton; three daughters, Kim Chaney, Lori Burns and Kathy Billeck all of Belton; two brothers, Roger Albee of Iowa Falls, Iowa and Robert Albee of Eldora, Iowa; one sister, Donna Havens of Iowa Falls, eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Dossman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
