Ida Lee Drake

Funeral services for Ida Lee Drake, 92, of Belton are scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday at Heartfield Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at North Belton Cemetery.
Ida was born December 14, 1919, to the late William Edward and Alpha C. Freeze Kelly of Waco. She married the late Marvin Odell Drake on July 24, 1941, in Belton and they moved to Belton in 1943.
Mrs. Drake died Wednesday, July 25, in a local hospital. She is a former member of Calvary Baptist Church in Belton and of a local bowling league. She worked in customer service for the Woolco Department Store for 15 years.
Her husband; two brothers, Edward Ray Kelly and Olen Kelly; three sisters, Ollie E. Pinscacek, Edna Tiner, and Ruth Elett preceded her in death.
Survivors include two sons, Alan O. Drake of Magnolia and Larry D. Drake of Belton; one sister, Nila G. Drake of Belton, eight grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
