Chamber golf tournament

The 20th Annual Belton Chamber of Commerce Golf Classic is scheduled for Sept. 10, and will be supporting the Military Family Relations Committee. This committee supports groups and events such as Belton ISD Student to Student, the Belton Area Military Spouses Network and Military Family Town Hall events for families in Belton ISD. The tournament will start with lunch at Schoepf's Backyard, and tee off is set for 1 p.m. at Wildflower Country Club.
Golfer or not, there's a variety of ways to get involved including sponsorships starting at $100, each with their own set of benefits. Title Sponsors of the event include Carothers Executive Homes and Johnson Brothers Ford. Don Ringler Chevrolet is a Golf Cart Sponsor for the event.
"A lot of business is done on the course," said Jennifer Weir. "It's not just about golf; it really is about networking and business."
