UMHB football fandango

The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor football program will host its first annual Women's Football Fandango on Sept. 1, prior to the team's intersquad scrimmage. The event will give women a chance to see the inner workers of the UMHB football program and be Crusaders for a day. Attendees will join in offensive, defensive and special teams meetings, meet with coaches and have the opportunity to ask questions, see game-day preparation and eat pre-game finger food before the Cru's Purple and White game.

The cost of the event is $25 per person and all of the proceeds will benefit the Ronald McDonald House in Temple. Registration will start at 2:30 p.m. at the Andersen Fieldhouse with activities set to begin at 3:00 p.m.. The Purple and White game will follow the even at Belton High School's Tiger Field.
