Stanley Curry

Stanley Curry, 74, of Belton died Aug. 22 at his home. A memorial service was held Aug. 29 at 2 p.m. at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen.
Mr. Curry was born Nov. 30, 1937, in McKeesport, Pa., the son of Frank Curry and Velma Fink McKinney Curry. He had lived in Central Texas for 50 years and was a longtime member of VFW Post 4008. He married his wife, Priscilla Curry Feb. 14, 2012.
He was preceded death by one wife, Emma P. Curry, his parents, one sister and one grandchild.
He is survived by two sons, Stanley David Curry, McKinney Skeeter Curry, one daughter, Sherron Smith, one brother, David Curry of Georgia, three sisters, Nadine Kerr of California, Jean Andrews and Joan Foster, both of Pennsylvania and seven grandchildren.
Dossman Funeral Home was in charge arrangements.
