Local graduates from Parker University

Parker University College of Chiropractic presented Micah Rewel Montgomery the Doctor of Chiropractic degree during its 80th graduating class ceremony held at Irving Bible Church in Irving, Texas on April 14, 2012. Dr. Micah Montgomery is the son Dr. Larry & Priscilla Montgomery and is a native of Belton Texas.
He completed a rigorous program, including three trimesters as an intern at one of Parker University's wellness centers, to earn the degree. Parker students have extensive classroom education and practical training in many areas of study. The study of chiropractic involves numerous hours of training in anatomy, physiology, diagnosis, and orthopedics (the musculoskeletal system).
Dr. Micah Montgomery also received a Bachelor of Science with a major in Anatomy AND Health and Wellness, which he earned concurrently with the Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
More than 6,000 graduates of Parker have received the Doctor of Chiropractic degree and practice in all 50 states and in 25 countries. Parker graduates are educated to help patients live happier, healthier lives.
Dr. Larry Montgomery and Dr. Micah Montgomery will both practice out of Montgomery Chiropractic in Belton, located at 401 E. 6th Ave.
