Francisco Ramon

Funeral services for Francisco "Frank" Ramon, 77, of Belton, will be held 10 a.m. Thurs., Jan. 10, at Dossman Funeral Home in Belton with Rev. Jesse Ratliff of Christian Tabernacle Church officiating. Burial will follow at Temple Garden of Memories in Temple.

Visitation will be held Wednesday evening from 6 PM to 8 PM at Dossman Funeral Home.

Frank passed away Sat., Jan. 5, in Temple.

He was born May 11, 1935, in Thrall, Texas, the son of Pedro Ramon and Thomasa (Hinostros) Ramon. Frank married his wife Peggy Ramon, Aug. 24, 1969, in Dallas. He has lived here since 1977 and attended Christian Tabernacle Church. Frank spent much of his free time working on cars and retired from Belton Continental then went on to work as a Maintenance Worker for Belton ISD.

He is preceded in death by his parents; five brothers, Pedro, Thomas, Juan, Victor, and Fernando Ramon.

Survivors include his loving wife, Peggy; two sons, Frank Isaac Ramon, Jacob Israel Ramon; two daughters, Abigail Richardson, Sharon Alfaro; four brothers, Fidel, Arturo, Santos, and Robert Ramon; three sisters, Erlinda Arce, Aurora Garcia, Patsy Davilla; and six grandchildren, Serena Lewis, Evander, Isaac, and Cruz Alfaro, and Isabella Ramon.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Odyssey Hospice in Temple, 2626 South 37th Street, Temple, TX 76504.
