Homes for Troops

Homes for Our Troops, is a national, non-profit organization which builds specially adapted homes for severely injured veterans at no cost to those we serve. SSgt. Pierce's home was built in Morgan's Point Resort, TX. SSgt. Pierce was on his third deployment when he was left paralyzed after his vehicle drove over a 300 pound bomb in Helmand Province, Afghanistan on January 9th, 2010. Homes for Our Troops held the Key Ceremony event on Saturday.
