BISD honors top 10 percent at New Tech @ Waskow

Freshman Rebekah Ashley was one of the many that were honored and recognized on Feb. 11 for being within the top 10 percent of their class.Belton New Tech High School @ Waskow honored the top 10 percent of their freshmen and sophomore classes in a special ceremony on Mon., Feb. 11.
Students recognized were as follows:
Freshmen – Rebekah Ashley, Mariah Barber, Cassandra Burns, Anne Ciccariello, Nicole Colpitts, Jonathan Froese, Bethany Goad, Nicholas Hauger, Andy McMahon, Garret Soerens, Konnor Widmann
Sophomores – Breanna Barber, Caleb Cable, Alyssa Callin, Kaleb Easley, Prince Fisher, Logan Hardin, Austin Maddox, Matthew McKinnon, Colin Munroe, Caleb Parr, Samuel Pilkington and Timothy Reynolds.
New Tech Principal, Dr. Deanna Lovesmith, said, "We are so proud of these students and their academic success. They step up to academic challenges and far exceed our expectations."
