Three areas available for BISD Board of Trustees

Three trustee areas for the Belton ISD Board of Trustees are up for election on May 11, 2013: Area 1, currently held by Penny Digby; Area 3, vacant; and Area 5, currently held by Mike Cowan.
The filing dates for the May 11, 2013, BISD Trustee Election are Jan. 30 - Mar. 1, 2013. Hours for filing are 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Friday. Applications must be filed through the Assistant Superintendent for Student Services and Administration Office by 5 p.m. on Mar. 1, 2013.
Applications may be either obtained from the Secretary of State's web site www.sos.state.tx.us or from the Assistant Superintendents for Student Services and Administration Office at the Belton ISD Administration Office, 400 North Wall Street, Belton, Texas.
