Edna G. Philbert, 92, of Belton, died Sept. 22 at her home. Entombment was in Bellwood Memorial Park in Temple.
Mrs. Philbert was born March 14, 1919 to Robert Edwin Barron and Mabel Juba Edwards Barron. She married Joe Philbert June 10, 1981 in Branson, Mo. She was a member of the Eastern Star and many other organizations. She was a published author with four books to her credit.
She was preceded in death by her husband Nov. 6, 1998.
She is survived by two daughters, Roberta Clark of Troup and Carol Lambert of Belton, one sister, Loma Ruth Dawson of Belton, four grandsons, 16 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
