Mr. and Mrs. John McCowen announce the engagement of their daughter, Meagan McCowen of Austin to Ben Fulcher of Austin. He is the son of Dr. and Mrs. Sam Fulcher of Belton.
The couple will be married in January 2012 in Austin.
