Zwerneman & Emmel

Zwerneman-EmmelTara Leigh Zwerneman of Austin became the bride of David Donald Emmel of Austin in a double ring ceremony at Vintage Villas on LakeTravis on Oct. 15. The bride is the daughter of Glenn and Judy Zwerneman of Belton and the groom is the son of Theodora McManus and Tom Emmel of Baltimore, Md.

Given in marriage by her parents the bride wore a strapless organza gown featuring a sweetheart neckline, re-embroidered lace, crystal beading and a chapel lengrth train.

Maid of honor was Casey Zwerneman, of Austin. Bridesmaids were Katie Klepac of Austin, Kelly Johnson of Austin, Rachel Oberc of Baltimore and Emily Porter of Minnesota.

Best man was C.J. Ilardo of Miami, Florida. Groomsmen were Troy Zwerneman of Corpus Christi, Bryan Del Monte of Alexandria,Va., Calvin Lippman of Camp Lejeune, N.C. and Holden Pack of Auburn, Ala. Andrew Sorg of Dallas was ring bearer. Seating guests was Jacob Buschbaum of High Point, N.C.

A reception followed at VintageVillas on Lake Travis.

The couple plans a wedding trip to the Turks and Caicos Islands.

The bride is a graduate of Belton High School and of the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in accounting. She is employed by PMB Helin Donovan in Austin.

The groom is a graduate of St. Paul's High School in Baltimore and of the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in finance. He is employed by Lafitte Capital Management in Austin.

Parents of the groom were hosts for the rehearsal dinner at Malverde in Austin.
