John Henry Griffith, 71, of Belton died Oct. 27. Services were at Dossman Funeral Home.
Mr. Griffith was born Jan. 17, 1940 the son of Edgar and Verna Griffith of Weber Falls, Okla. He lived in Central Texas all his life and was a veteran of the United States Army.
He was preceded in death by ten brothers and one sister.
He is survived by one son, John Wayne Griffith, two daughters, Julia Peevy and Rebecca Dolson, four sisters, ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Dossman Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
