Evelyn Brown, 93, of Belton died Nov. 18 in Belton. Graveside services were at 10 a.m. Nov. 19 in the Moffat Cemetery with ImaGene Berzley officiating.
Mrs. Brown was born Nov. 18, 1918 in Humble to James Marrion and Ovia Ward Shouse. She married Sude "Ned" Brown Sept. 26, 1938 in San Saba. She was a Baptist and had lived in Belton since 1957.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one son, two daughters, three brothers and one sister.
She is survived by two sons, Leon Brown and Darrell Brown, two daughters, Frances Drake and Jewell Isaacks, one sister, Lela Mae Ballard and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Dossman Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
