Fulcher & Henke

Fulcher-HenkeSarah Elizabeth Fulcher of Austin and Zachary James Henke of Austin were married Nov. 11 at the First United Methodist Church in Austin.

Parents of the bride are Dr. and Mrs. Sam Fulcher of Belton. Parents of the groom are Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Henke of Austin.

The Rev. Trent Thompson of the First Evangelical Free Church of Austin officiated at the 5 p.m. double ring ceremony.

Music was by Jim Echels, Beth Steinle, Drew Shafer and Todd Wilson. The bride was given in marriage by her father.

Ashley Anderson of Austin was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Melissa Fulcher of Temple and Emily Fulcher of Grapevine, sisters-in-law of the bride; Meagan McCowen of Austin, future sister-in-law of the bride; Kristen Henke of Madison, Wisc., sister of the groom; Kara Hicks of Belton, Carol Roberts and Jennifer Talbert both of Austin, Mary Carpenter of Dallas and Marissa Gabrysch of Austin.

Matt Henke of Austin, brother of the groom was best man. Groomsmen were Ben Henke and Josh Henke of Austin, brothers of the groom of Austin, Sam Fulcher of Temple, Joe Fulcher of Grapevine and Ben Fulcher of Austin, brothers of the bride; Josh Myers of Austin, Rick Clark of Dallas and Brandon Berdall and Chris Sowers of Austin.

Emma Kate Fulcher of Temple and Liv Henke of Austin nieces of the bride and groom were flower girls. Coleman Henke of Richardson and Luke Henke of Austin, nephews of the groom were ring bearers.

A reception followed at Pecan Grove Pavilion at Salt Lick at Driftwood.

The bride is a graduate of Belton High School and of the University of Texas at Austin. She is a second grade teacher at Rawson-Saunders School. The groom is a graduate of Hyde Park Baptist School and holds a degree in business from Texas Tech. He is employed with Ornamental Iron Fence Supply.

After a wedding trip to Belize the couple lives in Austin.
