BHS students make Region Symphony

Six Belton High School students made the Region 8 High School Symphony Orchestra on Dec. 10, at Baylor University.
The students are: Chris May, Percussion; Jake Brunaugh, Oboe; Blake Williams, Bass Trombone; Ethan Liu, cello; Randy Hale, Percussion; and Sarah Richey, French horn.
This is a voluntary competition in which students learn advanced etudes on their respective instruments.
The orchestra will perform in concert at Copperas Cove High School on Jan. 14.
