Kevin F. Manchester

Kevin F. Manchester, 58, of San Diego, Calif., son of Helen Manchester Wolfe of Belton, died Dec. 25, in a San Diego hospital. Graveside servies were at 2 p.m. Jan. 4 at the Salado Cemetery in Salado with the Rev. Andy Davis officiating.
Mr. Manchester was born Nov. 16, 1953 in San Diego, the son of Robert and Helen Manchester. He served in the United States Marine Corps from 1971-73 where he became an Expert Marksman and Sharp Shooter. For 25 years he was a service adviser with Mercedes Benz. He was an avid reader, as well as studying and playing the guitar. He was a gentle giant in his Christian faith.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Manchester.
He is survived by his mother, Helen Manchester Wolfe of Belton and two brothers, Jack Manchester and Steven Manchester both of San Diego.
Memorials may be made to the San Diego Area Salvation Army or to the First Baptist Church of Belton.
Dossman Funeral Home of Belton was in charge of arrangements.
