Lillian E. Murdock, 78, of Morgan's Point, died Jan. 15 in a Temple hospital. Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Jan. 17 at Dossman Funeral Home with Minister Warren King officating. Burial was in Bellwood Memorial Park in Temple.
She was born Feb. 22, 1933 in Waxahachie the daughter of RichardH. and Elsie Mae (Crabtree) Curry. She married
Richard Lloyd Murdock June 18, 1953 in Waxahachie and they moved to Bell County in 1973. She was a member of the Leon Valley Church of Christ and was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband Jan. 14, 2010 and two sisters, Doris Nuzum and Violet Johnson.
She is survived by two sons, Kevin Murdock of Temple and Todd Murdock of Morgan's Point., one daughter, Beki Johnson of Temple, six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, one brother, Richard H. Curry, Jr., of Waxahachie, three sisters, Merle Walker of Waxahachie, Ann Ella Corley of Sherman and Brenda Dobbie of McKinney.
