Erna Lee Matthews, 90, of Belton died Feb. 9 in a Temple hospital. Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Feb. 11 at Dossman Funeral Home Chapel.
Mrs. Matthews was born May 9, 1921 in Bell County the daughter of Henry and Martha Ann (Huber) Wilcoxson. She married Carroll Lee "Chesty" Matthews June 15, 1938. She had been a member of the Nolanville Church of Christ since 1946 and was a member of T.O.PS. #751 in Temple. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by two daughters, Charlotte Stroud and husband David of Belton and Carolyne Cabaniss of Belton, a foster daughter, Betty Dulaney of Eddy, six grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.

Dossman Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
