Born on May 3, 1971 in Temple, TX, she grew up in Troy, TX and graduated from Troy High School.

She is preceded in death by her dad, William Wiley.

She is survived by her mom, Elsie Wiley, son Eric Hardy of Troy, daughter Kaitlyn Sengsourysack and granddaughter Ana Sengsourysack of Troy. Two brothers, Rick Chandler and wife Michelle of Troy and Willie Chandler and wife Christina of Troy. Numerous nephews, great nephews, nieces and great nieces. No service is planned.
