Warren McKentley Isaac, affectionately known as “Ike” and “Kenny,” passed away peacefully at his residence in Belton, Texas. He was born on August 5, 1953, in Belton, Texas, where he spent his entire life building deep roots and lasting relationships within his community.
Warren was the beloved son of the late Warren Isaac and Lillie Mae Isaac. In November of 1975, he was united in marriage to the love of his life, Margaret Isaac, in a heartfelt Thanksgiving Day ceremony held at his parents’ home. Together, they established a loving home centered around family.
Warren graduated from Belton High School in 1971 and remained a proud and loyal Belton Tiger throughout his life. He carried his faith in his own personal way, and his life reflected kindness, compassion, and a genuine care for others.
Warren worked hard throughout his life, holding several jobs, including his time at Bell County Juvenile Detention Center. His strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to help others left a lasting impression on those around him.
Warren enjoyed spending his free time with family, playing games, watching sports, and supporting Belton High School athletics. He especially loved his grandchildren and was always ready to help others. His kindness, warmth, and compassion left a lasting impact on all who knew him.

Warren’s love and legacy live on through his devoted wife, Margaret Isaac of Belton; his daughters, Sonia Rodriguez and Kendra Concepcion, both of Belton; his sons, Julian Ware and Warren Ware, both of Temple; his sister, Margaret Isaac Payne and niece, Lillie Payne, both of Dallas. He was especially proud of his 13 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren, and he leaves behind many extended family members and dear friends who will forever hold him in their hearts.
Warren’s kind heart, love for his family, and generous spirit touched so many lives. While he will be deeply missed, his memory will forever remain with those who loved him.
A memorial service will be held at Greater Zion Temple Church God in Christ on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at 11 o’clock a.m. Hewett-Arney Funeral Home of Temple is entrusted with the arrangements.
