Public hearing set for annexation

The Belton City Council will conduct a public hearing and consider an ordinance annexing a parcel of property into the City of Belton on June 24, 2025, at the Harris Community Center, located at 401 N. Alexander Street, Belton, Texas, at 5:30 p.m.

The property is 94.514 acres of land, consisting of both the right of way for F.M. 436 from Elm Grove Rd. west to and including a portion of a 113.420-acre tract of land out of the O.T. Tyler Survey, Abstract No. 20, Bell County, Texas, said tract of land having been conveyed to Tyler Ridge Investments, LLC.
