Sharon Kay Clemons

July 29, 1945 - March 16, 2025

Sharon Kay Clemons peacefully entered eternal rest on March 16, 2025 at the age of 79.

Sharon was born July 29, 1945 to Harold & Wilma Palmer. Mom was a military wife, had 3 children and lived all over the world, her most memorable was Germany & Italy. In 1981 she settled in Texas, finding her forever home in Belton.

Mom was skilled in her crafts, making macrame plant hangers, keychains, candles, embroidery work and windchimes. She loved doing her crafts & took great pride in her work. Even more, she loved sharing those items with family & friends, plus going down to the local market to sell those items and visit with everyone. She loved flowers, plants, watching the birds, gardening and all things Native American.

Mom had the most amazing circle of friends & church family. She loved them all and they gave her a beautiful quality of life through their daily visits & phone calls.

Mom was preceded in death by both her parents, Wilma & Harold Palmer, brother Fay, sisters Karen, Marie, Virginia “Ginny”, son Keith, daughter Debbie, brother-in-law Jerry and her best friend Paula Taylor.

She is survived by daughter Ethel Naomi (Mike) Craft of Colorado, brother Rusty (Rose) Palmer of Texas, sister Nellie Jackson of Illinois, numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren/great grandchildren, cousins and her beloved dog, Chloe and two people that she loved as if they were her own children; Jessica Nichols & Erik Martinez.
